Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement between you and Connacht Spectrum Limited trading as babylove.ie. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from babylove.ie. We may update these terms occasionally and therefore you should read them carefully before making a purchase.
All prices are displayed in EURO and include VAT where applicable. You can place an order for products on babylove.ie by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking Pay now button. The display of any product on our website is by no means an offer by us to sell to you. Only your reply is treated as an offer. Therefore, we are not liable to sell you any product that might be displayed at a price lower than intended by us.
We are not obliged to accept your order, however, if the order is priced correctly, the product is available and the payment is approved we would normally do so. Once the order is placed and the payment is confirmed we will send you a confirmation e-mail or text confirmation to the e-mail address or mobile nr provided at registration
Acceptance of order
We will notify you by e-mail of the acceptance of the purchase offer, shortly after its receipt a binding agreement will be concluded between us under these terms and conditions. At the same time, we reserve the right to withdraw such acceptance where the offer relates to goods that have been priced incorrectly against our intentions, where discounts have been used by error and/or an item is out of stock. If we do not accept your order for any reason, or if the price of the product has changed between the time you place your order and its acceptance (or if an additional delivery charge applies), we will send you an email notifying you of the change. After that you will need to resubmit your order. The only accepted forms of payments via this website are credit cards, debit cards and gift or discount vouchers
Your account will be charged by us at the time of ordering. We will take every reasonable measure to ensure the security of the transaction. All the payments are being processed by a reputable, independent, third-party payment operator, hence we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer due to any issues that might occur on the part of the payment operator. We will only use your payment details to process the payments on the agreed order. Any additional charges may only be made with your consent. We will notify you about any additional charges via e-mail provided in the registration.
Deliveries can be made either from the Republic of Ireland or from abroad. Deliveries are made by Connacht Spectrum Ltd directly or through its affiliates. The delivery process may start immediately after the order is confirmed. Although we are doing our best to deliver all products within seven working days of acceptance of your order, where this is not possible, we assure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. All deliveries will be made to you at the address stated by you in the order. We carry out shipments only to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. Certain items might be shipped separately at our discretion and expense. The ownership of the products shall be transferred once the payment is fulfilled. From the moment the products are delivered, you are solely responsible for them. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason beyond our fault, we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit card/ debit card for such re-delivery. Concurrently, we inform you that the rate for re-delivery might vary from a standard delivery rate, we will notify you of the amount before any charges apply. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you deducted by any delivery charges we have incurred.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement, within 14 days after the delivery of the products to you has been completed. If you wish to withdraw from the contact us through the provided links on this website under the section "Contact us" or via email under the address: email@example.com. Alternatively, you can write to Connacht Spectrum Limited, Apt Baurisheen, Oughterard Co Galway H91Y9N3.
All the charges will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Please note that we are unable to accept partial returns. If the products are being in the process of delivery at the time when the withdrawal request is filled out, you will have to ship them at your own expense to the following address: Connacht Spectrum Limited, Apt Baurisheen, Oughterard H91Y9N3 Galway. Please note that we can only process returns sent to the specified address by postage, returns performed in person will not be accepted. We recommend that you cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delivery costs.
As per our terms and conditions returning any items is at your own expense and through your own courier.
Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, if possible, in the same packaging as when you received them from us. In order to process the return, you must provide order confirmation such as by e-mail. It is your responsibility to assure those products being subject to the return process are shipped and packaged in a manner that protects them from damage during shipment. Any returned products that fail to comply with the above requirements will result in the failure of the return process and will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Please note that due to hygienic reasons we’re unable to accept returns on underwear or cosmetics, which does not affect your statutory rights.
For hygiene reasons: pillows, bed linen, mattresses, mattresses covers, breast pumps that have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned unless they are faulty.
