Method of use (hot):
- Heat in a microwave of 300-600W max. 1 min.
- Heat in an oven up to 120C approx. 4 min.
- Heat on the radiator (radiator) until the hot water bottle is hot enough.
- place the dry hot water bottle in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes (in a clean and dry plastic bag).
